The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role also involves supporting the overall philosophy aligned with the Company culture, serving as a guide to all team members.

Requirements

• Maintain knowledge of property layouts, table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, and dress codes.
• Perform physical movements throughout the work area and work with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to sanitation/health regulations and Company standards.
• Inspect cleanliness and organization of workstations, rectify deficiencies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Handle dishes efficiently: sort, rack, and shelve according to standards, following all safety precautions.

Additional Info

Preferred qualifications include one to two years of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
