Role Description

The Dishwasher assists the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, all while embodying the company's culture and values.

Essential Job Functions

• Create an operation that values Guest Service standards, ensuring every guest contact exceeds expectations.
• Foster a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for both the team and guests.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, maintaining an open and respectful work environment.

Additional Information
