Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services in the Branson area. You will work with individuals across age groups, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and help caregivers implement practical, evidence-based supports.

This full-time, salaried role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. sessions, local travel may be required, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a specialization in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst credential in good standing.
• At least one year of professional experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical thinking, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to make data-based recommendations while collaborating with clients, caregivers, and teams.
• Ability to adapt programming based on client progress and team feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, functional analyses, and other validated assessments.
• Develop individualized behavior-support and skill-acquisition programs.
• Create data-collection systems and analyze treatment data.
• Monitor progress and modify programming based on data and feedback.
• Train caregivers and staff to implement programming accurately.
• Monitor treatment integrity and provide constructive feedback.
• Supervise RBTs, ABA staff, students, and practicum participants as assigned.
• Participate in client-team meetings and collaborate with families and professionals.
