Job summary

Boundless Network, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Account Coordinator to support branded merchandise programs and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will partner with Account Managers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate requests, sourcing, quotes, artwork approvals, inventory programs, ecommerce solutions, and project execution. The role emphasizes problem solving, multitasking, and proactive communication to move programs from concept through order placement with

Qualifications

• Typically 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, operations, or a related field.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Client & Account Support: Partner with Account Managers to support day-to-day execution of client programs and promotional merchandise initiatives.
• Assist with client requests by gathering information, preparing quotes, researching products, and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and project documentation prior to order submission; support inventory programs and ecommerce solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Creative, Operations, and supplier partners; communicate requirements clearly to support efficient workflow.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain organized project files, follow processes, and look for improvements.
• Industry Expertise: Develop understanding of promotional products, supplier capabilities, decoration methods, and brand standards.
