Job summary

JYP America is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator / Associate to support visual creative, branding, content production, and creative operations. Working directly with and supporting the Next Global Group Lead, the ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with exceptional organization and hands-on production discipline.

Qualifications

• Design and produce brand-aligned assets across digital, social, and print
• Strong visual taste and interest in music, fashion, branding, pop culture, and youth culture
• Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or advanced proficiency in either program
• Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across creative and production teams
• Professional, solutions-oriented, and a team player
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Support the Next Global Group Lead across visual & branding development, content production, and creative operations
• Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
• Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals
• Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling
• Manage project logistics, including expense tracking, transportation, and equipment rentals for creative projects
• Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring wardrobe, equipment, and creative materials are prepared
