Responsibilities

• Visual execution: translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer experience
• Category-level performance insights using company tools and reports
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, with the Store Manager
• Direct reports including Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role leads performance and direction of the business in higher volume or more complex environments
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personal selling
• Coaching and development of associates
• Executing Daily Work Force Management to manage labor hours
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless execution
• Leading and modeling leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and enforcing company policy and procedures
• Additional duties including floorset mapping, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing
