Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Manager who is a values-based leader delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

This position reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience, ensures product presentation and selling behaviors reflect brand

Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the Victoria’s Secret business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including Victoria’s Secret Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business
