Job summary

Rapptr Labs is a NYC-based digital product agency hiring a Brand & Product Designer for a remote, part-time role. You will create brand identities, logos, and custom graphics from scratch, then use AI tools to move quickly through standard UI work.

You’ll work directly with our team and clients to shape visuals across iOS, Android, and web. The role rewards strong graphic craft, a clear point of view on AI usage, and collaboration with engineers and product managers.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing original brand and visual identity work, logos, and custom graphics.
• Strong graphic design craft across typography, color, and composition.
• Fluency with AI design and image generation tools with a clear point of view on usage.
• Solid product design ability across mobile (iOS and Android) and web.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong communication skills for client collaboration.
• Availability during core US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Create original brand identities, logos, and visual systems for clients and Rapptr.
• Design custom graphics, illustration, and art direction that feel distinct.
• Use AI design tools to produce standard UI work quickly and to a high standard.
• Take app and web interfaces from concept through high-fidelity design for iOS, Android, and web.
• Collaborate with engineers so designs ship accurately.
• Present work in client sessions and translate feedback into stronger design.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
