Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Brand Graphic Designer to flex across brand, packaging, and marketing. You will collaborate with the Brand Creative team and cross-functional partners to bring our visual identity to life across packaging, decks, prints, and digital media.

You’ll apply your design mastery from die-lines to compelling presentations, using Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI tools. Remote work from the USA is supported, with a fast-moving, collaborative culture that values creativity and precision.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design across packaging, marketing decks, and digital assets.
• Strong experience designing for print production and production-ready files.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Figma, Slack, Google Suite, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Firefly, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing assets, pitch decks, comps, presentation visuals, and other materials.
• Ensure decks have cohesive appearance and brand alignment.
• Design/refresh brand materials for prints and digital assets.
• Contribute concepts for mockups, layouts, and directions.
• Create print-ready packaging artwork and die-lines with production specs.
• Retouch imagery using Photoshop and AI tools.
• Collaborate across Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, Production, Regulatory, and Operations.
