The role requires strong leadership with a proven track record in luxury retail, plus the ability to manage staffing, training, and merchandising to maximize sales and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in high-end luxury retail, cosmetics, fragrance, and makeup.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality customer service among staff by acting as a positive role model.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns and seek appropriate assistance as required.
• Foster an inclusive team culture and conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff.
• Recruitment, selection and training of artists required.
• Maximize sales through merchandising, promotional presentation, and stock monitoring.
