Job summary

Stripe's Brand Studio is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead brand design operations and creative production across internal and external events. You will partner with the Experiential Creative Director, balancing program strategy with hands-on execution to ensure design excellence at scale.

You will manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams while maintaining high craft standards and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
• Think users first—understand their needs, find interesting and unique solutions, and strive to consistently optimize how to best engage with them.
• Have a strong strategic acumen for developing complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential program management across roadmap development, budget oversight, project scoping, timelines, resourcing, partner relationships, cross-functional communication, and scalable approaches that create clear paths forward
• Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale
• Partner closely with the Experiential Creative Director to further scale and evolve event design at Stripe; optimize processes to streamline how work is done
• Partner closely with the Corporate Events team to ensure smooth execution and integration of event brand design across all surfaces
• Ensure smooth collaboration with leadership, creatives, cross-functional partners, and vendors
• Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, standing meetings, org-wide updates, and Slack
• Source, onboard, and oversee external creative agencies
• Connect silos, socialize changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable solutions for escalation to Brand Studio leadership
• Navigate challenges and blockers with ease; proactive in finding solutions, and always looking ahead for the team
• Uphold and advocate for design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors to exceed engagement and registration goals
• Inspire and sustain a culture of excellence by collaborating with creatives in best practices and processes
