Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant brand strategy experience within a large financial institution or brand-focused agency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in brand strategy, including architecture, naming, and user experience.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with internal creative teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Architecture and Naming: define brand architecture frameworks and product portfolio structures.
• Own Strategic Thought Leadership & Ideation: identify priority initiatives and draft briefs.
• Develop and Drive Brand Presentations and Narratives: create executive presentations and align stakeholders.
• Focus on Client-Focused Experience Design: design client journey strategies across touchpoints.
• Maintain Strategic Insights & Competitive Analysis: analyze market trends and translate insights into plans.
• Project Management: manage multiple projects from concept to execution.
