Aspen Dental is seeking a seasoned VP, Brand & Integrated Marketing to lead a comprehensive brand strategy across digital, social, traditional media, and in-center marketing. You will partner with field marketing and media teams to articulate Aspen’s patient value and differentiators while preserving brand integrity across touchpoints.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years in brand and integrated marketing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams of 15+.
• 7+ years brand-side (client-side) experience at scale.
• Healthcare industry or DTC brand experience is a plus.
• Experience creating and executing integrated marketing plans and calendars.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination.

• Architect and lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage agency partnerships and ensure budget alignment.

• Define brand guidelines, tone, and messaging consistent with patient communication.
