shark&minnow is seeking an Assistant Account Planner to help shape brand strategies across research, creativity, media, and digital systems. You will support development of brand purpose, positioning, and communications grounded in cultural insight and customer needs.

You will participate in strategic planning, media planning, and analytics, collaborating with designers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time client approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant marketing or account management experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress required.
• Experience with email marketing, social platforms, and analytics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning sessions and brand ideation with clients.
• Develop brand purpose, positioning, and communications strategies.
• Create briefs, journey maps, and media/touchpoint plans.
• Collaborate with designers to articulate verbal, visual, and experiential brand expressions.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights and present to clients.
• Support client management, approvals, and timely delivery of work.
