Horizon Next in New York, NY is seeking an Assistant Strategist, Business Solutions to support media plan development, results analysis, and data management. This role emphasizes meticulous problem solving, learning, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with account maintenance, participate in meetings, and help ensure deliverables and timelines are met, while developing strategic thinking and client interaction skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work/internship experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day account maintenance, billing, and distribution of creative materials.
• Schedule, attend, and participate in client/internal meetings and provide recap notes.
• Support with media plan development, budget tracking, and data analysis.
• Engage with clients and Horizon Next departments to maintain internal relationships.
