Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Associate, Brand Strategy and Activation to drive the development and execution of brand initiatives across a large organization. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on activation and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.

You will work with internal teams and external partners, deliver brand enablement materials, and help measure impact and governance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• At least three years in brand marketing, brand management or related fields.
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns and brand activation initiatives.
• Understanding of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of brand enablement initiatives with stakeholders.
• Translate brand strategies into consistent campaigns and customer experiences.
• Coordinate major brand initiatives across timelines and teams.
• Improve brand awareness, differentiation, and customer engagement.
• Maintain brand enablement materials like playbooks, templates, and guidelines.
• Support training and adoption of brand strategy across the organization.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track progress.
• Provide guidance on brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for brand activation.
• Monitor brand health, campaign performance, and activation metrics.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
