Jobgether seeks a senior Brand Design Leader to own and maintain the visual identity across brands, ensuring consistency with guidelines and high-quality output. You will define creative direction for packaging, websites, logos, infographics, emails, landing pages, advertisements, and social content.

You will lead and mentor the design team, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize workflows to deliver impactful campaigns on schedule while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience leading brand design in agencies or in-house environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong portfolio.
• Excellent typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the visual identity across brands and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Define creative direction for packaging, websites, logos, branding, infographics, email campaigns, landing pages, ads, in-store materials, social media, editorial layouts, photography, typography, and copywriting.
• Manage design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high quality, deadline alignment, and brand fidelity.
• Lead a design team, mentor designers, recruit talent, and prioritize workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual campaigns that meet business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce costs, and accelerate asset production.
• Source external vendors when needed and stay updated on industry trends.
