As a Brand & Strategic Insights Intern, you’ll support guest insights and foodservice innovation by identifying consumer needs, evaluating menu concepts, and uncovering insights to drive innovation across our food and beverage business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with data analytics or data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer, industry, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze guest feedback and data to derive actionable insights.
• Support menu innovation and product development through testing and evaluation.
• Assist with trend analysis, benchmarking, and cross-functional projects.
• Create reports and presentations communicating findings to partners and leaders.
• Collaborate across Culinary, Marketing, Category Management, Operations, and Insights.
