Carter’s in Grover Beach, CA is hiring a Full Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will lead product knowledge across Carter’s lines, welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain styles and benefits, and maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.

You will coach others to success, manage an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through, and perform Leader on Duty duties driving results while addressing customer concerns

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles and benefits.
