The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, Charlotte’s oldest brewery, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to own OMB’s digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, and more. You’ll create content, manage channels, and tell our authentic story daily, across LoSo, Ballantyne, and upcoming Mount Holly locations.

This entry-level, full-time role is based at our LoSo location with regular presence at Ballantyne and Mount Holly; evenings and weekends are part of peak content moments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Ability to create quality short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
• Strong writing skills with a brand voice.
• Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and scheduling/analytics tools.
• Comfort with basic photo and video editing tools.
• Self-directed and organized with deadlines.
• Reliable transportation to work across multiple Charlotte locations.
• Evenings/weekends availability for content capture.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop a weekly content calendar with 5–7 posts per week.
• Shoot and edit short-form video on location at multiple sites.
• Oversee paid campaigns via Meta Business Suite and manage profile listings.
• Write captions in OMB voice and engage with audience.
• Monitor comments/DMs and respond in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Build a user-generated content program and run occasional campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics and provide monthly leadership reports.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.
