Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day publishing, moderation, and community management across brand social channels.
• Engage in comments and DMs to build authentic connections with fans.
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment; escalate issues or opportunities as needed.
• Personify brand voice, adapting tone to each platform’s culture.
• Collaborate with Social Strategist and Social Creator to translate insights into content and strategy.
