Rise and Shine is seeking a Social Lead to steward our clients' brand presence across key social platforms. You will publish, moderate, and engage in real time, shaping voice and building authentic connections with fans.

You are chronically online, curious about what drives engagement, able to pull insights from performance data, and capable of translating what's working into clear next steps for content and community teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media management or community management.
• Experience with native platform analytics and social listening/reporting tools.
• Proven track record of building genuine online communities and fan relationships.

Responsabilités

• Publish, moderate, and manage communities across assigned brand social channels.
• Engage in comments, DMs, and conversations to build authentic connections.
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment in real time and escalate opportunities or issues.
• Personify brand voice and tone across platforms and adapt to each platform's culture.
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize social performance data to inform content and engagement decisions.
• Maintain reporting rhythms to keep teams informed on community health and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Social Strategist and Social Creator to ensure insights inform content strategy.
