Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. This 1099 role acts as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, visiting locations twice per month for audits and merchandising tasks.

Visits are one hour each, with total store counts varying by market. Certification is required to start, and compensation includes $24/hour plus travel incentives, offering flexible scheduling as a supplemental

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
