Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a major wireless brand. Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, offering flexible, supplemental income.

You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retailers, ensuring product quality, strong brand visibility, and timely reporting via the ThirdChannel App. Immediate start after certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local store locations.
• Own a personal smart device with internet access (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform recurring store visits and merchandising tasks; resolve issues as needed.
• Assist staff with display fixes and brand adherence on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
