Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail environments, visiting stores bi-monthly to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate starts after certification. This is a supplemental income opportunity with 1099 contracting and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Flexible scheduling coordinated with store management.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Initial audit, followed by visits to address issues and transition to visual merchandising over time.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
