Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/telecom brand. Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with total counts varying by market.

Immediate start dates available upon certification; this is a flexible, supplemental income opportunity. As a liaison between the brand and retail environments, you will ensure product quality, elevate brand presence, and maintain consistent retail

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail stores.
• Access to a personal smartphone/tablet with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues and move toward merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand/display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
