Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality checks for a wireless/telecom brand. You will operate as the liaison between the brand and retail locations, conducting scheduled visits that ensure product presentation and store conditions.

Visits are one hour each, twice per month, with total store counts varying by market. Immediate start dates are available after certification, offering flexible hours and supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
