Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/telecom brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and stores, conducting recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Tech-savvy with mobile reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform audits and follow-up visits; transition to visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff to resolve display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data.
