Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a wireless and connectivity brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, conducting recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate brand presence.

Store visits are one hour long and occur twice per month, with total locations varying by market. Immediate start dates are available after certification, and the role offers flexible,

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate presentation and conditions.
• Visit Execution: Start with an audit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues and progress to visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data.
