Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, visiting sites twice per month for one hour each, with flexible scheduling and immediate starts upon certification.

Responsibilities include audits, display fixes, and reporting via the ThirdChannel App.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Owns a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Begin with an audit on initial visits and follow up to resolve issues; progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data and photos.
