Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality checks for a wireless/tech brand. You will visit stores on a recurring schedule, completing audits and improving product presentation as a key liaison between brand and retail staff.

As an independent contractor, you’ll work a flexible schedule, use the ThirdChannel App for reporting, and earn a competitive hourly rate with travel incentives; immediate start dates are available upon

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
