Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a leading wireless/tech brand. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and frequent store visits.

Visit audits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with immediate starts available upon Brand Rep Certification. You will use the ThirdChannel App for surveys and real-time reporting to help elevate brand presence.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: execute structured store visits to evaluate presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit Execution: audit first visit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues, then merchandising over time.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: assist staff with brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
