Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and immediate start after certification, with visits scheduled twice per month.

You will use the ThirdChannel App to submit surveys and photos, travel to local stores, and help maintain brand visibility and product presentation across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
