Job summary

ThirdChannel, a nationwide in-store retail technology platform, is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless brand.

As an independent contractor, you will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing scheduled one-hour visits twice per month, with flexible hours and immediate start after certification. You’ll use the ThirdChannel App for surveys and photo uploads.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Audit initial visits, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
