Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline or equivalent.
• At least three years’ experience in graphic design and typesetting for print distribution; digital distribution preferred.
• Proficiency in typography, layout design, color theory, and print production processes; experience with health-related content preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain visual branding for publication portfolios across print and digital formats.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness from concept through final file delivery; perform quality control on layouts and typography.
• Stay current on trends, software, and publishing technologies to keep designs competitive and innovative.
• Propose cost-saving design/production solutions while maintaining brand standards and quality.
• Present concepts for review and incorporate feedback from editors and staff.
