Job summary

EcoSure, the brand protection division of Ecolab, is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join our Lansing, MI team. You will deliver on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence.

You will partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, making a measurable impact on public health and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to protect client brand and guest experience.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges and drive improvements.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly and deliver exceptional client experience.
