Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on cyber intelligence concepts and 2+ years applied experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity, investigations, fraud, risk, or related field.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail with evidence-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Triage and investigate alerts for brand misuse including phishing, impersonation, fraudulent domains, fake applications, and deceptive content.
• Conduct open-source intelligence validation using internal datasets and external sources, documenting evidence clearly.
• Apply playbooks to assess severity and business impact, escalating to stakeholders as needed.
• Initiate and track remediation actions such as takedowns and removals via approved workflows.
• Produce concise incident reports and stakeholder updates translating technical findings into risk language.
• Support operational improvements by updating documentation and tracking key metrics.
