Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Cyber Intelligence Associate for the Brand Protection team. You will monitor and investigate online misuse of JPMorganChase brands, triage alerts, and validate findings using approved tools, documenting evidence and coordinating remediation with internal partners and external providers.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on cyber intelligence concepts with 2+ years of applied experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity, investigations, fraud, trust and safety, risk, or related field
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail with evidence-based workflows
• Strong written communication and documentation habits
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams within defined SLAs
• Exposure to domain and DNS intelligence, phishing infrastructure analysis, social media reporting, and takedown workflows

Responsibilities

• Triage and investigate alerts for brand misuse including phishing, impersonation, fraudulent domains, fake apps, ads, and content infringement
• Conduct open-source intelligence-driven validation using approved datasets and external sources; document evidence clearly
• Apply playbooks to assess severity, likely intent, and business impact; escalate to stakeholders as needed
• Initiate and track remediation actions (takedowns, blocks, removals) via established workflows; maintain case status
• Produce concise reporting with incident summaries and stakeholder updates translating findings into business risk
• Stay current on evolving phishing techniques and share learnings with the team
