CentroMotion Friction seeks a Brand Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering strategic product initiatives aligned with global growth goals. You will drive R&D programs of varying size, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and qualification requirements are met with strong project management discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a product development related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience with multi‑phase projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project lead, planning, executing and managing all aspects to ensure delivery.
• Serve as the main liaison among product engineering, manufacturing, product management, purchasing and quality.
• Create and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, budget and customer expectations.
• Assess trade‑offs and drive solutions affecting project objectives and resources.
• Coordinate development timelines, identify critical path and track progress.
• Monitor risks and build contingencies; escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure standard processes, documentation, and phase transitions from development to delivery.
• Provide status reporting and communicate with stakeholders across functions.
