Job summary

Aerotech, Inc is seeking a Controls Product Manager to drive the Automation1 motion control platform strategy forward. You will own the full product lifecycle, develop market requirements, and collaborate with sales and engineering to grow revenue and market share.

The role involves market analysis, pricing strategy, and presenting at events while traveling internationally. Strong leadership and technical acumen are essential to succeed in this pivotal position.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in a technical field (Electrical, CS/CE, Mechanical, or Physics).
MS in related field and/or MBA preferred.
Minimum of three years in motion control or automation.

Responsibilities

Own complete product lifecycle of Automation1 platform from inception to sunset.
Define market requirements and develop product marketing plans.
Collaborate with sales to create growth and revenue plans.
Train staff on products and create sales collateral.
Lead engineering reviews and monitor development progress.
Analyze market trends and competitive offerings.
