Job summary

Centr is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to own planning and delivery of creative and content initiatives across production shoots, packaging, social, video and digital. This role is ~60% project management and 40% cross‑functional coordination, partnering with Marketing, Product, Content, Engineering to keep work on time and aligned with company priorities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience leading end-to-end creative project management for complex digital experiences.
• Experience in a creative organization, agency, or in-house team with production workflows.
• Proven expertise in Asana, including building projects, workflows, templates, rules, automations, and reporting.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, production calendars, and delivery plans in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Must be available to work online during Centr’s core business hours and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and delivery of creative and content initiatives from brief to final asset.
• Drive projects across production shoots, packaging, social, video, and digital.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Content, Engineering and other functions.
• Shape how creative work is planned, communicated, and delivered.
• Help revamp creative operations and implement scalable workflows.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality and scope.
• Mentor or coach team members on PM principles.
