Job Description
Infoblox is at the forefront of network and security innovation, recognized as a Top 25 Cyber Security Company by The Software Report and one of Inc. magazine's Best Workplaces for 2020. Infoblox customers are among the largest enterprises in the world and include 70% of the Fortune 500.
Infoblox is seeking a contract Brand Project Manager to serve as the primary creative liaison to our Field Marketing team. This role is purpose-built to strengthen how Brand supports high-impact, high-volume go-to-market programs—from major annual events to fast-turn regional campaigns, channel initiatives, and hyperscaler go-to-market motions. In this role you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a wide range of creative efforts led by Field Marketing, where you’ll be the central point of contact between them and the Brand team. You will ensure deliverables move smoothly from intake to execution—without compromising quality, consistency, or speed. This is a remote role located anywhere in the US.
You are the ideal candidate if you think like a Field Marketer, connecting dots across stakeholders and geographies, and helping Brand scale to meet growing business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Project manage the creative workstream for Infoblox Exchange (our flagship global field marketing event) supporting the development and delivery of hundreds of global assets across regions, languages, and formats
- Establish strong relationships with Field Marketing leaders (and stakeholders)—deepening your understanding of regional goals and building trust as a reliable extension of their teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Field Marketing and Brand, triaging requests, clarifying scope, managing timelines (providing proactive communication across functions), and facilitating smooth handoffs to writers, designers, and production partners
- Coordinate creative efforts for a wide range of regionally led initiatives, including geo-specific campaigns, partner/channel programs, hyperscaler GTM, and user group events.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, helping stakeholders across Field, Brand, Events, Customer Marketing and Communications stay informed and coordinated
- Anticipate and resolve blockers to keep creative projects on schedule, escalating risks when needed
- Help identify and manage in-country creative production agencies to support localization and efficiency, working with the Brand team to onboard and brief vendors as needed
- Support process improvements that streamline intake, improve visibility, and help great ideas move from concept to execution with less friction
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing production—preferably in a B2B technology environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative workflows with strong attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse teams around shared goals
- Familiarity with creative processes, brand standards, and agency or in-house production environments
- Understanding of how marketing approaches succeed—or fall flat—across different countries and cultures, and adapts strategies accordingly for global relevance and local impact
- Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com, design collaboration tools (Figma) and Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, etc)
- A steady hand in fast-paced environments—you stay calm under pressure and help others do the same
- Experience supporting global marketing events or multi-region campaign launches
What success looks like:
After six months you will...
- Successfully project manage the global creative workstream for Infoblox Exchange, coordinating hundreds of deliverables across regions, teams, and formats
- Be recognized as as the trusted partner for Exchange execution, helping align Field, Brand, and Events on timelines, approvals, and delivery expectations
- Establish strong relationships with Field Marketing leaders—deepening your understanding of regional goals and building trust as a reliable extension of their teams
- Help improve the creative intake and briefing process, ensuring Exchange and other Field-led programs start with clarity and move efficiently through execution
- Identify and begin implementing process improvements that support faster turnaround times and smoother global-to-local handoffs
After one year, you will...
- Be the go-to creative partner for Field Marketing, trusted to lead creative delivery across global events, regional campaigns, and partner/channel programs.
- Own the full creative workstream for Infoblox Exchange, ensuring assets are delivered on time, at scale, and in close alignment with brand standards.
- Actively shape how Brand supports Field—building scalable models for triaging fastball requests, managing regional needs, and maintaining brand quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, including managing in-country creative vendors and supporting global-to-local content reuse.
- Help elevate the Brand team’s visibility and impact through better planning, communication, and execution across Field programs
