Responsibilities
This position supports global pharmacovigilance (PV) compliance by overseeing safety processes, inspection readiness, vendor and partner oversight, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include authoring and managing PV agreements, conducting audits and inspections, tracking compliance metrics and deviations, and contributing to safety training programs. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure inspection preparedness and regulatory alignment.
Required Skills
4+ years in pharma, including 2+ in PV quality/compliance
Bachelor's in healthcare-related field
Oncology experience required
Strong knowledge of global PV regulations, safety databases, and compliance systems
Experience with CAPAs, SOPs, metrics dashboards, and cross-functional project management
