Job summary

Stripe Brand Studio seeks a Brand Producer embedded with the Link brand team. You’ll own the full scope of creative operations end-to-end, overseeing production across consumer brand Link.

You’ll blend program management, project management, and creative production, sometimes guiding high-level roadmaps and other times hands-on with design details, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in similar brand production roles.
• Strong strategic acumen for roadmaps and cross-functional processes.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and program rhythm.
• Deep production experience across brand systems, web, email, and campaigns.
• Experience with AI tooling in production workflows.
• In-house brand experience with accountability to creative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Link brand program management including roadmap, budgets, scoping, timelines, and resourcing.
• Manage high volume of projects across creative strategy, web, digital, social, brand systems, campaigns, and email.
• Scale Link brand design systems and refine processes to reduce friction.
• Collaborate with XFN Design teams to align design systems across surfaces.
• Ensure clarity with leadership, creatives, and external agencies.
• Own project management docs, tooling, trackers, and communications.
• Source and oversee external creative agencies.
• Proactively address risks and provide solutions to Brand Studio leadership.
• Uphold design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Inspire a culture of excellence with best practices.
