Brand Revolution in Cedar Park, Texas is seeking an Account Manager to drive the smooth delivery of client programs across the agency’s creative, production, and event services. You will work with an Account Director to ensure projects run on time, on budget, and to high standards.

The role emphasizes trusted client relationships, strategic support, and operational rigor, ensuring a seamless, high-value experience for clients at every touchpoint, with opportunities to travel for client events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management or client services.
• Experience with Wrike, Google Workspace, or Hubspot preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients and ensure clear communication.
• Support the Accounts team in developing client strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead client status meetings with documented agendas and follow-ups.
• Manage end-to-end projects across creative, production, and events.
• Maintain accurate timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Collaborate across Creative, Strategy, Production, and Accounting teams.
• Track budgets, profitability, and reconciliations.
• Identify efficiency improvements and add value to programs.
