Job summary

Maid Brigade Brand Leader/President at Evive Brands will direct the strategic and operational responsibilities across the brand, including franchise development, franchisee support, operations, marketing, training, financial performance and long-term growth.

This hands-on, experienced leader will act as the primary ambassador, fostering a culture of excellence and alignment with Evive Brands’ values and mission, balancing thoughtful innovation with sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in franchise operations and development.
• 3–5 years in executive leadership with brand oversight.
• Proven multi-site expansion and performance improvement.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and performance metrics interpretation.
• Inspiring communication to franchisees and stakeholders.
• Experience with Franchise Advisory Councils.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for Evive Brands.
• Partner with executive leadership to align marketing, IT, finance and training support.
• Identify new market opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Drive franchise ROI with proactive coaching for profitability.
• Lead franchise lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, and support.
• Ensure standardized tools, resources and training across the network.
• Monitor KPIs and unit economics to drive long-term value.
• Build brand standards, compliance protocols, and QA systems.
