Job summary

McChrystal Group is seeking a Creative Associate to elevate our brand across marketing, sales, digital, and executive communications. This early-career designer will craft visually compelling experiences from decks and brochures to websites and social assets, partnering with the Digital Producer and marketing team to turn ideas into polished communications that drive engagement and results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or related role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, presentation, and marketing design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, thought leadership, events, sales materials, and executive communications.
Ensure consistent brand standards across materials and maintain design templates and systems.
Design executive presentations, decks, client materials, and internal communications.
Create sales collateral including one-pagers, brochures, case studies, infographics, and proposals.
Design landing pages, web graphics, emails, and social media visuals.
Collaborate with the Digital Producer and marketing team to transform ideas into polished visuals.
Deliver work on time following strategic briefs.
