Job summary

Gen is a global leader in Cyber Safety and trusted consumer brands, seeking a highly skilled, senior-level Associate Creative Director to elevate brand design across a global portfolio of world-renowned brands. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on craft, concept, and execution.

You'll collaborate with creative leadership, brand, strategy, product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, pushing the work with a strong point of view and without ego.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating high‑level design craft for global brands.
• Experience across brand identity, digital design, and integrated campaigns.
• Strong art-direction instincts around photography, typography, and visual systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create elevated, strategically grounded design across branding, campaigns, digital, social, presentations, content systems, and brand experiences.
• Translate brand strategy into distinctive visual ideas, scalable systems, and polished creative executions.
• Work as a senior hands-on designer across high-priority initiatives, moving between concept development, art direction, layout, typography, image-making, and final production.
• Partner with creative directors and cross‑functional teams to develop work that is brand-building and business-relevant.
• Help raise the quality bar across the studio through strong craft, critique, and smart decision-making.
• Use AI tools as part of the creative process—from exploration to production support.
• Bring a high level of visual taste to photography, illustration, motion, UI-inspired design, and campaigns.
