Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer for a full-time contract role to develop engaging visual content, support marketing initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across digital and print.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams, apply typography and color theory, refine photos and icons, and deliver high-quality assets on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, design fundamentals, and attention to detail.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a related field.
• Experience with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaboration.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
• Develop design concepts and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design materials for digital platforms, print publications, presentations, ads, and internal communications.
• Apply typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams.
• Support senior designers and the creative team to develop visual solutions.
• Review designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain consistency across branding and communications.
• Prepare final design files for digital and print production.
• Organize library of design assets and templates.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with development of presentations, promotional materials, and web graphics.
