The ideal candidate is early-career in marketing or graphic design with a strong eye for detail, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing, graphic design, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, sales materials, and marketing collateral for the McLanahan family of brands.
• Create graphics, infographics, e-books, social media content, and website visuals for campaigns.
• Collaborate with product managers, sales leaders, and marketing teammates to develop content.
• Design trade show signage, banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Translate technical information from webinars, blogs, and presentations into clear visuals.
• Assist with layout of the annual report and prepare artwork for print and digital use.
• Maintain brand consistency by following guidelines and organizing assets.
